By placing an order through the webshop, the customer agrees to the following conditions.

Pricing & payments

All prices in our webshop are stated in euros and include VAT, which has already been included in the listed selling price in compliance with taxation regulations.

All online payments are processed by Mollie and can be paid with Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and iDeal. After payment your order is final and an email will be sent with confirmation of the order and payment.

Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by bpost or DPD. Inhumaine currently only ships to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Italy

Inhumaine strives to ship the order within 5 - 10 working days after receipt of payment. However, a strict delivery time cannot be guaranteed.


Despite all packaging precautions, Inhumaine cannot rule out products being damaged during delivery. Any visible damage or qualitative shortcoming of an article upon delivery must be reported to Inhumaine immediately within 7 days of receipt by the customer by mailing to info@inhumaine.be.

Shipping costs

The following shipping costs are charged for deliveries at home:

Belgium - DPD home: € 5,95
Netherlands - DPD home: € 7,75
France - DPD home: € 10,70
Luxembourg - Bpost Worldwide: € 8,65
United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Italy - Bpost Worldwide: € 17

Returns & right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to return the goods, only when the products have not been used. A return form must be enclosed with the return. You can request the return form by mailing to info@inhumaine.be.

The costs for return are always borne by the customer and the customer is responsible for shipping. The returned goods must be properly packaged and it is recommended to use a shipping option with tracking. Inhumaine cannot be held liable if a return is not delivered to us.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. The return must also include any accessories, tags, labels, or manuals that came with the item.


Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item is in good condition and meets our return criteria, Inhumaine will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.


Change of conditions

Inhumaine reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.

Disputes

Belgian law applies. All disputes arising from agreements between the company and the consumer fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Antwerp located in Belgium.
