Deliveries are carried out by Bpost or DPD. Inhumaine currently only ships to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Italy

Inhumaine strives to ship the order within 5 working days after receipt of payment. However, a strict delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Despite all packaging precautions, Inhumaine cannot rule out products being damaged during delivery. Any visible damage or qualitative shortcoming of an article upon delivery must be reported to Inhumaine immediately within 7 days of receipt by the customer by mailing to info@inhumaine.be.

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to return the goods, only when the products have not been used. A return form must be enclosed with the return. You can request the return form by mailing to info@inhumaine.be.

The costs for return are always borne by the customer and the customer is responsible for shipping. The returned goods must be properly packaged and it is recommended to use a shipping option with tracking. Inhumaine cannot be held liable if a return is not delivered to us.

Inhumaine will refund the total amount returned within 7 working days after receipt of the return.
